Yes, between VAT-registered businesses in the European Union. Give your German VAT number (DE followed by nine digits) with the request: the invoice is issued without VAT under the intra-EU reverse charge, with the legal wording. Without a valid VAT number, VAT applies.
In which language do we deal?
