Variable data — printed in the run
Sequential numbering & barcodes

Touch and light
Hot foil stamping
Gold or silver metallic foil, pressed — not printed. The wine, spirits and cosmetics standard. Best on textured and creative papers — or printed as a foil effect on smaller budgets.
Relief & 3D varnish
Raised varnish on text or logo you can feel under the finger. Pairs with matte lamination for maximum contrast.
Soft touch lamination
A velvet, almost rubbery feel. Turns a simple label into a premium object.
Selective varnish
Gloss varnish only where you want the eye to go — a logo, a name, a motif. Full-face version: varnished labels.
Lenticular & holographic effects

Which finishes can be priced directly in the configurator?
Varnish and lamination (gloss or matt), hot foil where the material allows it, and both variable-data options — numbering with barcodes (from + €112 per run) and unique QR codes or name lists (from + €127). Everything else on this page is quoted through a custom request, usually within 2 working hours.
What does a finish cost on a label?
On a run of 100 labels, a gloss varnish adds about €5 and a lamination about €26 — gloss and matt cost the same. Variable data starts at + €112 per run. Hot foil, relief varnish and soft touch depend on the material and the coverage, so they are quoted per job.
Can I combine several finishes on one label?
Often, yes — matt lamination with a selective gloss varnish is the classic pairing, and hot foil sits happily on a varnished or laminated label. The order of operations matters, which is why combinations are checked by a person before we confirm the price.
Which finish protects a label that is handled every day?
A lamination — a real film over the print — rather than a varnish. It resists handling, wiping and condensation. On synthetic films the configurator adds the required protection automatically; on paper it is optional but sensible.
