Fabric & Acetate Silk Labels · Functional
A label that feels like cloth, not like tape
The short answer: acetate silk is a soft, slightly fibrous material that drapes rather than sits flat. With its removable adhesive it goes on textile bands, gift wrapping and surfaces a plastic film would insult — and it comes away without pulling the fibres of what it was stuck to. From €216 per 100.
Any shape within this size — rectangle, round, oval or custom die-cut.

Where it belongs
On things that are unwrapped, not opened
Most labels are read once and thrown away with the pack. This one is on the object a customer unwraps slowly: a folded blanket with a band around it, a soap tied with paper, a hamper, a gift set. The material does the talking before the print does — it feels textile under the fingers, which no coated paper manages.
Its removable adhesive matters as much as its texture: it lifts off fabric, tissue paper and cardboard without tearing the surface, which is exactly what a gift band has to do. In exchange, it is not a product label — no water resistance, no long-term bond, and no variable data.

FAQ
Fabric labels — what customers ask us
Is it a woven textile label?
No — it is a self-adhesive material with a fabric-like surface and hand feel, not a woven label sewn into a garment. For care labels stitched into clothing, a textile weaver is the right maker; for bands, wrapping and gift presentation, this is the material.
Will it damage the surface it is stuck to?
That is what the removable adhesive is for: it releases from fabric, tissue paper and card without pulling fibres or tearing the surface. It is the reason this stock is specified on gift packaging, where the customer takes the band off by hand.
Can I use it as a product label?
Rarely a good idea. It has no water resistance, no long-term bond and no protective finish. It is a presentation material — it belongs on the outside of a gift, not on a bottle in a bathroom.
Does it take full colour printing?
Yes, in full colour, though the slightly fibrous surface softens fine detail exactly as an uncoated paper does. Type, flat colours and line work look excellent; photographs lose contrast.
Can it carry numbering?
No — variable data is not available on this stock. For numbered gift or event items, print the number on a small coated label placed elsewhere and keep the silk band for the presentation.
