Five grounds, one price
The film colour does the work the ink would do
All five films cost the same €211 per 100, so the choice is about what the plate should look like, not about budget. Gloss white is the neutral, maximum-contrast option for warnings and instructions. Bright aluminium and matt aluminium read as machined metal — the classic rating plate. Gold for premium equipment. Clear when the housing colour should show through and only the text should appear.
Printed in one colour of your choice — black in the vast majority of cases — with a gloss lamination and a reinforced adhesive. Full colour exists at €267 and is worth it only when a coloured logo is mandatory.

What makes an industrial label last
Three specifications, none of them the ink
Gloss lamination
Included in the price. It is what survives abrasion, cleaning products and UV — without it the print goes first, long before the film does.
Reinforced adhesive
For powder-coated metal, moulded housings and cold surfaces. It grabs on contact and keeps building strength for a day — press firmly rather than laying the plate on.
A number per unit
Serial numbers and barcodes printed label by label, from 100. It is what turns a plate into a traceable machine.

Industrial, one colour — what engineers ask us
Which colour of film should I choose?
They all cost €211 per 100, so choose on appearance. Gloss white for maximum contrast on warnings, aluminium — bright or matt — for a machined rating-plate look, gold for premium equipment, clear when the housing should show through. The printing colour is yours in every case.
Why is one colour cheaper than full colour?
Fewer inks, fewer passes. €211 against €267 per 100 for the same film. On a plate carrying a serial number, a voltage and a pictogram, four-colour printing adds cost and nothing else — and one colour reproduces small text more sharply.
How small can these plates be cut?
Down to 15 × 20 mm, the smallest standard die in our catalogue — made for component, connector and cable marking. At the other end the films go up to 100 × 105 mm.
Do they survive outdoors?
Several years in European conditions, with the gloss lamination that comes as standard. What ages is the print under UV rather than the film, which is why the lamination is not optional on this range.
Can each plate carry its own serial number?
Yes — three of these films carry variable data: sequential numbers, Code 128 and GS1 barcodes, unique QR codes, printed in the run from 100 labels.
A serial number does not need four colours.
