Custom die-cut stickers
Here, the shape has a price
The short answer: die-cut stickers on paper or vinyl, printed in full colour, from €16 per 250 and delivered in 4 to 8 working days. Seven materials, four shapes and 32 sizes from 40 × 40 mm to A3 — but unlike our labels, the shape and the size are chosen from a fixed list, and each one carries its own price.
Chosen from the 32 standard sizes — the shape is set just above.

A round sticker costs more than a square one
On our labels, the shape is free: we cut a die for your job anyway, so a circle, an oval or a bottle-shaped outline all cost the same. Stickers work the other way round. They are cut on standing dies in a fixed list of sizes, and the round dies waste more material on the sheet — so the circle is charged for.
At 50 × 50 mm the square is €28 per 250 and the circle €33. Not much. At 10 000 pieces it is €126 against €201 — a 60 % difference for the same artwork. If your design tolerates a square with rounded corners, that is where the money is.

The seven materials
Two papers, five vinyls
| Material | What it is for | From / 250 |
|---|---|---|
| 80 gsm writable paper | Marking, sealing, anything written on by hand. The entry price of the whole site. | €16 |
| 80 µm gloss vinyl | The standard giveaway sticker: waterproof, tough, bright. | €28 |
| 95 µm matt vinyl | The same film without the shine — reads better under a shop light. | €28 |
| 95 µm clear vinyl | Windows and glass, where you want no visible border. | €28 |
| 95 µm vegan vinyl | Animal-product-free film and adhesive, for brands that certify it. | €30 |
| 80 gsm satin paper | A paper with a coated face: better colour than the writable grade. | €34 |
| 95 µm eco vinyl, removable | Vegan and removable — the one that comes off a window or a laptop cleanly. | €47 |
Prices for the smallest size in each material, 250 pieces, excluding VAT. The gloss vinyl page covers the films in full.
The trap on clear vinyl
On a transparent film, white is a colour you have to print
A clear sticker shows whatever is behind it — the window, the bottle, the laptop lid. Your colours become a filter over that background, and anything you drew in white simply disappears. To get solid colours you need a layer of white printed underneath, and that is a separate pass on the press.
It is not a rounding error. At 50 × 50 mm the clear vinyl is €28 per 250 printed in four colours, and €99 with selective white behind the design. At 105 × 105 mm it goes from €58 to €158 selective, or €256 with full white coverage. Decide it at artwork stage: a design drawn for a transparent film — no white areas, colours that work over glass — costs a third of one that needs backing.

Sizes
From a 40 mm circle to A3 — with a step in the middle
| Size | Shape | Typical use | Gloss vinyl / 250 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 40 × 40 mm | Round | Seals, jars, giveaway dots | €32 |
| 50 × 50 mm | Square | The most ordered size | €28 |
| A7 · 105 × 74 mm | Rectangle | Packaging seals, flight cases | €38 |
| A6 · 148 × 105 mm | Rectangle | Window and door notices | €49 |
| A5 · 210 × 148 mm | Rectangle | Vehicle and crate marking | €85 |
| A4 · 297 × 210 mm | Rectangle | Large signage | €341 |
| A3 · 420 × 297 mm | Rectangle | Shop windows, display | €685 |
⚠️ The register changes above A5: an A4 sticker costs four times an A5, and an A3 eight times. Beyond A5 you are buying short-run wide printing, not stickers — if you need a large adhesive, window graphics are sold by the piece and usually cost less.
Stickers or labels?
Two products that look alike and behave differently
| Stickers | Product labels | |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum | 250 pieces | 100 labels |
| Entry price | €16 / 250 | €137 / 100 |
| Shape | 4 shapes, from a list | any shape, included |
| Sizes | 32 fixed, up to A3 | free, up to 300 × 350 mm |
| Supplied | cut and delivered flat | on rolls, wound to your machine |
| Production | 4 to 8 working days | 2 to 10 working days |
| Made for | being given away and stuck by someone else | identifying a product on a line |
Same house, two presses. If your sticker is going onto a product you sell, read the label side first — a roll is cheaper per piece as soon as the run is long, and it can carry dates, barcodes and numbering.
FAQ
Stickers — what customers ask us
What is the minimum order for stickers?
250 pieces, against 100 for a product label. Stickers come from a different production route: they are cut on standing dies in fixed sizes and shapes, which is what keeps a run of 250 at €16 to €28 rather than the €137 a printed label starts at.
Does a round sticker cost more than a square one?
Yes, and this is the opposite of our labels. At 50 × 50 mm a square sticker is €28 per 250 and a round one €33; at 10 000 pieces the gap is €126 against €201. On labels the shape is free because we cut a custom die anyway. On stickers you are choosing a standing die, and the round dies waste more material.
Can I have stickers on clear vinyl?
Yes, at €28 per 250 at 50 × 50 mm. Remember that on a transparent film the colours sit over whatever is behind them: to get solid colours you need white printed underneath, which is a separate pass. Selective white takes that same sticker from €28 to €99, and full white coverage costs more again.
How large can a sticker be?
A3, 420 × 297 mm. But the price changes register above A5: an A5 sticker is €85 per 250 and an A4 is €341. Large formats are priced as short-run wide printing rather than as stickers, so if you need a poster-sized adhesive, tell us the application — window film or a printed label may cost less.
How long do stickers take?
4 to 8 working days after proof approval — a narrower window than the 2 to 10 working days on labels, because stickers run on a different press with its own cycle. That is also why the minimum, the sizes and the shapes do not follow the label rules.
Two hundred and fifty stickers, sixteen euros.
