Five lines are enough
What the label goes on — the material of the container, not the product name. Where it lives: fridge, bathroom, workshop, shelf, outdoors. How long it must hold, and whether it has to come off. The size, or the size of the container if you have not decided. And the quantity you actually need, even approximately.
With those five lines we can usually answer in one message rather than three. Without them, the honest answer to « how much is a label » is « between £0.017 and £3.85 each ».
Photographs help more than anything else — of the container, of a label that failed, or of the roll you use today. If you already have artwork, send it: the file check is included and we will tell you what we would change.

An existing order, a proof, a claim
Reply to the message that carries your order reference — it reaches the same people and keeps the history in one place. For a claim on a delivery, send photographs while the parcel is still packed: it is far easier to resolve on a full roll than on one that has been through your applicator.
