Delivery

The clock starts when you approve the proof

The short answer: 2 to 10 working days of production on labels, 4 to 8 on stickers, plus transit — counted from your approval of the proof, never from the moment you order. We ship to the 27 EU Member States and the United Kingdom.

If a date is tight, say so when you order rather than after the proof: we can often move a job forward at the start of its cycle and almost never at the end.

Where

Twenty-eight countries, one price list

We deliver to every Member State of the European Union and to the United Kingdom — and the billing address can be anywhere in the world: it is the parcel that stays within the zone, not the invoice.

The prices shown across this site are the same wherever you are: they exclude VAT and delivery, and delivery is quoted with your order because it depends on weight, destination and urgency.

Orders are invoiced by Oficio France SAS or Oficio Ltd depending on your country, which is what keeps VAT handling straightforward on both sides of the Channel. The details are in the terms of sale.

A run can also be split across several delivery addresses — useful when production and packing are not in the same place. Tell us at the order, not after.

Two things to check the day it lands

Check the quantity and check a label against the proof you approved. Label production carries a tolerance of ±5 % on quantity — an industry standard, stated in our terms of sale — and you are invoiced for what you ordered, not for what the press delivered. Runs carrying variable data are delivered complete.

If something is wrong, tell us with photographs while the parcel is still packed. A claim is far easier to resolve on a full roll than on one that has been through your applicator.

FAQ

Delivery — what customers ask us

How long does an order take?

2 to 10 working days for labels and 4 to 8 for die-cut stickers, counted from your approval of the proof — not from your order. Transit is added to that. The fastest way to lose a week is to send a file and approve the proof six days later.

Where do you deliver?

To the 27 Member States of the European Union and to the United Kingdom. Deliveries outside that area are possible on request but are quoted case by case.

How much is delivery?

It depends on the weight, the destination and the urgency, so it is quoted with your order rather than guessed here. Every price shown on this site excludes VAT and delivery.

Can you deliver to several addresses?

Yes — a run can be split across several delivery addresses, which producers with more than one site or a co-packer often need. Tell us with the order so the split is priced from the start.

What if the quantity delivered is not exactly what I ordered?

Label production carries a tolerance of ±5 % on the quantity, which is standard in the industry and is stated in our terms of sale. You are invoiced for the quantity ordered, not the quantity delivered. Runs carrying variable data are delivered complete.
