The short answer: a marking dot has no printing on it — the colour is the stock. Four fluorescent papers, three glossy vinyls and a set of black, gold and silver papers, supplied plain on rolls in any shape you like. The one thing worth knowing
Printing a colour costs more than buying it
A fluorescent yellow dot up to 55 × 70 mm is €63 per 100 because the paper arrives yellow. Print a single black character on it and the same dot becomes €144; print it in full colour and it is €244. The ink is not what costs — the printing pass is.
Which is why colour-coded systems work best when the colour carries the meaning: green passed, red rejected, orange to be checked. As soon as you need a number or a date on the dot, you are buying a printed label and you may as well look at fluorescent labels — or print it yourself on a plain dot, which is what most workshops end up doing.

The colours
What you can have, and what it is for
Four fluorescents
Yellow, orange, red and green paper. The brightest option and the one that reads across a warehouse. Paper, so indoor and dry use.
Three glossy vinyls
White, black and yellow at €67 per 100. Waterproof and tougher than paper — for crates, bins, damp rooms and anything wiped down.
Black, gold and silver
Deep black and smooth black papers at €67 and €68, gloss gold and bright silver at €66. Retail and event marking rather than industrial sorting.
Plain white dots come from the blank paper range and are cheaper still: €44 per 100 in the fixed 20, 35 and 50 mm squares.
Shape and size
A round dot costs no more than a square one
Every size band on this range is free shape: round, oval, square or a custom die-cut, all at the same price, up to the band you choose. A 20 mm dot and a 55 × 70 mm rectangle in the same band cost the same — you are paying for the band, not for the shape or the cutting tool.
Four bands, from 35 × 70 up to 100 × 70 mm, which is the ceiling on every unprinted stock. Below 20 mm, tell us: very small dots are produced but the winding and the dispensing become the real subject, not the label.

Coloured dots — what customers ask us
Why are plain dots so much cheaper than printed ones?
Because there is no printing pass to set up. A fluorescent yellow dot is €63 per 100 unprinted, €144 with one colour and €244 in full colour, for exactly the same paper and the same die. If the colour alone carries your meaning, printing it adds nothing but cost.
Can I get round dots rather than squares?
Yes, at the same price. Every band is free shape — round, oval, square or a custom outline, all included. You choose a maximum size, not a fixed shape, so a 20 mm circle and a 55 × 70 mm rectangle in the same band cost the same.
Which colours are available?
Four fluorescent papers at €63 per 100 — yellow, orange, red, green. Gloss white, black and yellow vinyl at €67, waterproof. Deep black and smooth black papers at €67 and €68, gloss gold and bright silver at €66. Plain white is cheaper still, from €44 in the fixed squares.
Are they removable?
These carry a permanent adhesive. For dots that come off a crate or a tray at the end of a cycle, take the blank polypropylene with its removable adhesive at €66 per 100, or read the four ways a label comes off — they are not interchangeable.
Can I write on them by hand?
On the fluorescent and matt papers, yes — a pen or a marker takes well. On the glossy vinyls a permanent marker is needed, and it stays wet for a moment. If the dots are to be filled in by hand every day, the paper is the friendlier choice.
