Event labels & passes
One date, one hundred labels, no compromise
The short answer: an event needs short runs of several different labels — numbered passes, bottle and gift-bag labels, goodie stickers, a correction on something already printed. All of it starts at 100 labels per design here, foil included, with 2 to 10 working days of production once your proof is approved.

Work backwards from the date
| When | What happens | Who does it |
|---|---|---|
| D − 21 days | Order placed, artwork uploaded | You |
| D − 20 days | Proof sent for approval | Us |
| D − 19 days | Proof approved — the clock starts here | You |
| D − 19 to D − 9 | Production, 2 to 10 working days | Us |
| D − 8 days | Delivery across Europe and the UK | Us |
| D − 7 days | A clear week of margin before the event | Everyone sleeps |
Two weeks is workable, three is comfortable. What delays events is almost never the printing — it is waiting on a final artwork. Tell us the date first and we tell you the last day to approve.
Why events get badly served
Nobody needs five thousand of anything
A festival gala needs 300 bottle labels. A product launch needs 200 goodie stickers and 150 numbered passes. A conference needs a different label for each of six things, none of them in volume. Most printers price that as an exception — minimum quantities in thousands, a setup charge per design, and a delay that eats the calendar.
Here, 100 labels per design is the standard minimum, including with foil or numbering, and each design is simply its own line on the quote. The event gets the labels it actually needs, not the ones a minimum order forced on it.

Personalisation
A different name on every label

Names, numbers & QR codes
Send the attendee list or the starting number exactly as you have it — an export is fine. Each label is printed with its own text, in the same run.

Bottles for the occasion
A branded or sponsor cuvée for the gala table, numbered or dated — the same materials and foils used for commercial wine labels.
FAQ
Event labels — what organisers ask us
How long before the event should I order?
Count 2 to 10 working days of production from the moment you approve the proof, plus delivery — so ordering three weeks ahead is comfortable and two weeks is workable. Die-cut vinyl stickers run on a shorter 4 to 8 day cycle. What actually delays events is not printing but artwork approval, so send the file before the attendee list is final.
Can I have numbered passes and tickets?
Yes. Sequential numbers, barcodes or unique QR codes are printed on each label in the same run, from 100 units — parking passes, exhibitor access, cloakroom pairs, tombola tickets. A numbered pass is checkable at the gate; an identical sticker is not.
The date on our packaging is wrong — can it be covered?
Yes, with an opaque blockout label. It carries an extra opaque layer so nothing shows through, which lets you correct a date, a venue or a price on packaging already produced instead of reprinting it. It is a routine job here and much cheaper than a new print run.
What is the minimum quantity for event stickers?
100 labels per design for printed labels, 250 for die-cut vinyl stickers. That is the point of this range: a gala, a product launch or a three-hundred-cover dinner does not need five thousand stickers, and being forced to buy them is why so many events end up with generic ones.
Can we have gold foil on a small run?
Yes — hot foil stamping in gold or silver is available from 100 labels, and it is at its best on a dark or textured paper. It is the difference a guest actually notices on a bottle, a menu or a gift bag, and it costs far less on a hundred labels than most people assume.
Printing on cloth? Fabric & acetate silk labels handle wristbands and textile tags.
The event is one day. The labels have to be right first time.
From 100 per design, foil and numbering included.
