Is the invoice VAT-free for a Dutch company?
Yes, between VAT-registered businesses in the European Union. Give your Dutch VAT number (NL, nine digits, B and two digits) with the request: the invoice is issued without VAT under the intra-EU reverse charge, with the legal wording. Without a valid VAT number, VAT applies.
In which language do we deal?
In English, from quote to invoice, with a single named contact; French is available as well. Your artwork is printed exactly as supplied, in Dutch or any other language, and the mandatory particulars appear on the proof.
