Privacy notice
The short answer: we collect what a printer needs to answer you and deliver an order — a name, a company, an email, a country, and what you tell us about your project. We do not sell it, we do not profile you, and this site sets no tracking cookies.
Version of 14 August 2026.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the company that handles your request or invoices your order: Oficio France SAS or Oficio Ltd, both part of Oficio Group. Every request reaches us through the contact form — we publish no e-mail address.
What we collect, and why
| Data | Why | Basis | Kept |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name, company, email, telephone, country | To answer a custom request and to identify you on an order | Steps prior to a contract | 3 years from the last contact |
| What you describe of your project, quantity, files you send | To advise a material and produce a quotation or a proof | Steps prior to a contract | 3 years, files 1 year after the order |
| Order, invoice and delivery details | To produce, deliver, invoice and keep accounts | Contract and legal obligation | 10 years — accounting rules |
| Correspondence about an order | To keep the history of a job in one place | Legitimate interest | 3 years after the last exchange |
| Server logs (IP, page, time) | Security, and diagnosing faults | Legitimate interest | 12 months maximum |
The custom request form carries a hidden field intended for automated senders. It is a spam filter, it collects nothing about you, and a human never fills it in.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not use your artwork for anything other than your order — it is not published, not shown as a reference and not used to train anything, unless you have agreed in writing.
Who else sees it
Only what is necessary, and only to run the service: our internal order and customer system, the provider that delivers our transactional emails, the production sites that manufacture your order, the carrier for the delivery address, our payment provider for a payment, and our accountant for invoices. Our host is OVH SAS.
These providers act on our instructions. Where a provider is established outside the European Union or the United Kingdom, the transfer rests on the safeguards provided for by the applicable regulation.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction, its deletion, a limitation of its use, its portability, or object to a processing based on legitimate interest. Use the contact form and choose « My data and privacy » as the subject — it reaches the right people directly, and we answer within one month.
Some data cannot be deleted on request where the law requires us to keep it, in particular invoices, which are retained for the accounting period provided by law.
If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority — the CNIL in France, the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.
